Hi, I’m Reuben!
I’m a graduate student at the University of Michigan, pursuing the MS in Information program specializing in UX Research and Design.
My journey in the design world began during my undergrad program in computer science when I started to dabble with front-end technologies. I was curious to explore the reasoning behind design choices in user interfaces, which led me to dig deeper into the realm of user experience design. In my professional journey, I've developed advanced skills in problem-solving by blending design-thinking and agile-oriented techniques while designing ed-tech products.
While I’m not in class…
I absolutely love taking part in design jams and hackathons. The adrenaline I feel during these events powers my creative capacity and helps me come up with the most zany ideas. It also presents me with a great opportunity to collaborate with other designers and developers to build innovative solutions.
